Using the Services means agreeing to them. ## About NannaLife NannaLife is a digital health platform that helps users store, organize, and understand medical and laboratory reports. It is a software and information service, not a healthcare provider, clinic, laboratory, or medical device, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment. ## Eligibility The Services are intended for users aged 18 or older. ## Account and security An account is required. Google Sign-In is currently supported. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, security risks, or illegal activity. ## Using the Services Reports may be uploaded as PDF, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF. Supported extensions are .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, and .tif, with a maximum file size of 50 MB. Uploaded files are stored so the app can provide organization, extraction, and timeline views. ## Medical and health disclaimer NannaLife is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the app, including extracted values, summaries, trends, and educational content, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted. Always verify important medical information with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the Services for emergency decisions; contact local emergency services instead. ## AI features and limitations Report data is extracted and structured with an AI processing pipeline, using the Cloudflare AI Gateway to access models such as Google Gemini and OpenAI models. Only report content necessary for parsing and extraction is sent. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, and you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying it. NannaLife does not warrant that AI results are accurate and does not provide clinical advice. Data handling, retention, or reuse by the AI provider is governed by that provider's terms. ## User content and data ownership You retain ownership of the reports and content you upload. By uploading, you grant NannaLife only the limited rights needed to store, host, process, and display that content, to generate the features you request, and to comply with applicable law. NannaLife does not claim an unlimited commercial licence to your health records. ## Intellectual property NannaLife and its licensors retain all rights in the software, website, app, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided with the Services. Proprietary code and branding may not be copied, reproduced, or used to create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing. ## Prohibited uses No unlawful activity, no attempts at unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, no malware, no scraping or bulk downloading, no reverse engineering where prohibited by law, and no abuse or disruption of the Service. ## Third-party services The app relies on third parties including Google Sign-In (authentication), Neon Postgres (database), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), and the Cloudflare AI Gateway (AI processing). Those third parties' terms and policies may apply when data is shared with them. ## Payments and subscriptions The application does not currently offer paid plans or payment processing. If paid features are introduced, they will be described clearly and separate billing terms will apply. ## Service availability and changes Reliable service is the aim, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect the app, and features may be modified or discontinued with notice where required by law. ## Suspension and termination Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, illegal activity, or as required by law. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy. ## Accuracy and extraction limits Extracted data may contain OCR errors or mis-parsed values. Always check critical numeric values and reference ranges against the original report. ## No emergency use Do not rely on NannaLife for urgent medical decisions. Seek immediate professional help when appropriate. ## Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, NannaLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. ## Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold NannaLife harmless from claims arising out of unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law. ## Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India to the extent permitted by applicable law. ## Changes to these Terms These Terms may be updated.
