**What the product does**

- Accepts lab report PDFs and photos (PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF), up to 50 MB each, several at once, from any lab or region.
- Extracts biomarkers and their values, units, reference ranges, panels, and report dates, mapping markers to LOINC codes.
- Normalizes names and units so results from different labs line up on a single timeline.
- Classifies each result against its reference range as healthy, borderline, critical, or unknown, and computes an overall health score per profile.
- Keeps every extracted value linked to the source document, so the original report can be reopened from any value.
- Explains each biomarker: what it measures, what its reference range means, and what can affect it.
- Family profiles: a separate timeline per person, with view or edit access the owner grants per profile.
- Search and browse by biomarker or report across the timeline.

**NannaDoc** (the in-app AI assistant)

NannaDoc answers questions from the user's own results across all their reports.

- Can see: the latest value for any biomarker, how results changed over time, results outside their reference ranges, and the original text of the reports.
- Does not: diagnose conditions, recommend medications or dosages, invent results it cannot see, or replace a doctor.
