Agreement: These Terms govern your access to and use of the NannaLife website (https://nannalife.com) and web application (https://app.nannalife.com) (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT NANNALIFE

NannaLife is a digital health platform that helps users securely store, organize, and understand medical and laboratory reports. NannaLife is a software and information service; it is not a healthcare provider, clinic, laboratory, or medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Services are intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the Services without parental or guardian consent.

3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

To use the Services you must create an account. NannaLife currently supports Google Sign-In (via the authentication provider used by the app). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, security risks, or illegal activity.

4. USING THE SERVICES

You may upload medical or laboratory reports (PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF). The app enforces file type and size limits (supported extensions: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff; maximum file size: 50 MB). Uploaded files are stored so the app can provide the features you request (organization, extraction, and timeline views).

6. AI FEATURES AND LIMITATIONS

To extract and structure report data, NannaLife uses an AI processing pipeline. The current implementation sends only the report content necessary for parsing and extraction to the AI provider used by the app. The application uses the Cloudflare AI Gateway to access models (for example, Google Gemini and OpenAI models via the gateway).

AI-generated output can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it. NannaLife does not represent or warrant that AI results are accurate, and does not provide clinical advice.

Any data handling, retention, or reuse by the AI provider is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy; NannaLife does not make representations about third-party training or retention practices beyond what those providers disclose.

7. USER CONTENT AND DATA OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of the reports and other content you upload. By uploading content you grant NannaLife only the limited rights needed to store, host, process, and display that content and to generate the features you request (including AI-powered extraction and summaries), and to comply with applicable law. NannaLife does not claim an unlimited commercial license to your uploaded health records.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NannaLife and its licensors retain all rights in the software, website, app, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided with the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of NannaLife’s proprietary code or branding except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. PROHIBITED USES

Do not use the Services for unlawful activities, to attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data, to upload malware, to scrape or bulk-download content, to reverse-engineer the service where prohibited by law, or to otherwise abuse or disrupt the Service.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app relies on third-party services to operate. The current implementation uses (among others) Google Sign-In (authentication), Neon Postgres (database), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), and the Cloudflare AI Gateway (AI processing). You may be subject to those third parties’ terms and policies when data is shared with them. NannaLife is not responsible for third-party behavior; review their policies for details.

11. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The application does not currently offer paid plans or payment processing. If paid features are introduced in the future they will be described clearly, and separate billing terms will apply.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, and third-party outages can affect the app. We may modify or discontinue features with notice as required by law.

13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, illegal activity, or as required by law. On termination your access to the Services will end; data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. PRIVACY

We process personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy: https://nannalife.com/privacy.html. That policy explains how to request data access, correction, or deletion.

15. ACCURACY & OCR/EXTRACTION LIMITS

Extracted data may contain OCR errors or mis-parsed values. Always check critical numeric values and reference ranges against your original report image or PDF.

16. NO EMERGENCY USE

Do not rely on NannaLife for urgent medical decisions. Seek immediate professional help when appropriate.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NannaLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude).

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold NannaLife harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law and any limits those laws impose.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date for material changes and provide notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance of those changes.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Services you agree that communications may be electronic. We may send notices by email to the address on file or by in-app notification.

This document focuses on the features currently implemented in the app (report upload, AI extraction, profile management). It removes general-purpose social, marketplace, and user-generated-content clauses that do not apply to NannaLife at this time.
