Yes. NannaLife is free and every feature is on the free plan. There is no premium tier, no locked feature, and no credit card required. There are no paid plans or payment processing in the product today.

Yes. NannaLife requires an account, and Google Sign-In is the only sign-in method currently enabled. Everything behind sign-in is private to that account.

Biomarkers and their values, units, reference ranges, panels, and report dates. Markers are mapped to LOINC codes, and names and units are normalized so the same marker is comparable across labs.

NannaLife computes an overall health score for each profile from the results it holds, and the score updates as new reports are added. It is a summary of your own results, not a diagnosis.

Each result is classified against its reference range as healthy, borderline, critical, or unknown. Results without a usable reference range stay unknown rather than being guessed.

Yes. Each biomarker has a history showing its value across your reports, so you can see trends rather than a single reading.

Every extracted value stays linked to the source document, so you can open the original report from the value and check it. AI extraction can be wrong or incomplete, so verify important values against the original report.

NannaDoc is the AI assistant inside NannaLife. It answers questions using your own results across all your reports and points back to where each answer comes from.

The latest value for any biomarker, how results changed over time, results outside their reference ranges, and the original text of your reports. It cannot invent results it cannot see.

No. NannaDoc provides general health information in the context of your own results. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medications or dosages, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. For anything urgent, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.

Yes. Family profiles are a first-class feature. Each person gets a separate timeline, and you choose whether someone you invite can view or edit a profile.

Only the people the profile owner invites, with the access level the owner grants. Access is set per profile.

Only you, and the people you explicitly invite to a profile with the access you choose. There are no public profiles or public report pages, so a signed-out visitor only ever reaches the sign-in screen.

No. NannaLife does not sell your health data or share it for advertising.

Report content is sent to the AI provider used by the app only to extract and structure your results. NannaLife does not use your reports to train models. The Privacy Policy lists which services are involved.

There is not yet a self-service delete screen, so deletion is handled by request. Email [email protected] or [email protected] to have an account or report removed. The Privacy Policy describes what is retained and for how long.

Yes. NannaLife is a mobile-first web app, so it runs in the browser on a phone or on a desktop, with no install required. The interface is dark mode only.

No native app is published. NannaLife runs in the browser at app.nannalife.com on iOS, Android, and desktop.

The interface is currently English only. Report parsing itself is not tied to a language, and reports from different regions are supported.
